STATEMENT OF FAITH:
At Lantova, we exist to create content that helps Gen Z and Alpha wrestle honestly with theology, psychology, and creativity – all through the lens of a real relationship with God. It’s our goal to see the next generation grow in relationship with God, be okay with asking hard questions, and find their creative purpose.

We are an ecumenical company (meaning, we come from a variety of different church and denominational backgrounds). And we are all after Truth. We think solid theology has implications for life well beyond church walls, and that is implicated in this statement.

God is Real – And Actively Involved
-
We believe in one Triune God: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. He exists eternally as one essence in three distinct persons. God (YHWH) is unchanging, perfectly good, entirely loving, without sin, and the Creator of everything—including humanity, which He made on purpose and with love.

-
Jesus Christ is the Son of God—fully God and fully human. He lived a sinless life, died as a substitute for the punishment of our sin, and physically rose from the dead. Through Him alone we are rescued, restored, and brought into a right relationship with God. He is the center of our faith and the hope of the world.

-
The Holy Spirit is God, and is God’s presence with us today. He convicts, comforts, empowers, and transforms. He lives within every believer, gives spiritual gifts, brings Scripture to life, and helps us become more like Jesus.

The Bible is True, Trustworthy, and Final
-
We believe the Bible is God’s inspired Word—breathed out by the Holy Spirit and written by human authors in their own voices and styles. It is completely true, without error in the original manuscripts, and is the final authority in all matters of life, faith, and practice. It’s not outdated or optional—it is our foundation.

-
The Bible reveals who God is, who we are, and how we’re meant to live. We interpret it in its natural, grammatical, historical, and literary context, letting Scripture interpret Scripture. No one translation holds exclusive authority, but faithful translations help us clearly hear God’s voice today.

We Were Created to Know God
-
We believe every person is made in God’s image—full of intrinsic value and dignity that cannot be removed. But sin entered the world through humankind’s disobedience and distorted everything. We’re all born with a bent away from God and in need of rescue.

-
Salvation is a gift of grace—not earned, deserved, or inherited. It comes through faith in Jesus Christ alone. We hold that people have the capacity to believe, and when we turn to Him in repentance and trust, we’re forgiven, made new, and brought into God’s family. Salvation isn’t just about heaven later—it’s about an abundant life and living relationship with God that starts now.

-
The abundant life is built upon ongoing, dependent, enduring faith, empowered by the Holy Spirit, who sanctifies us. Sanctification (spiritual formation) is the process by which we are renewed, rewired, and remade into the people God designed us to be in the beginning.

-
Jesus sends His followers into the world to make disciples, speak truth in love, and live as a reflection of His kingdom. Our faith isn’t passive—it moves us toward justice, compassion, and the restoration of all things. Every believer has a role in God’s mission in the earth.

-
We believe in a coming day of judgment, where Jesus will fully establish justice by reconciling heaven and earth. Those who trust in Him will enter an eternity in God’s presence; those who reject Him will face eternal separation from Him. Until then, we live in hope, holding to His promises and working to reflect His goodness in a world awaiting renewal.

The Church is the Family of God
-
The Church is not a building or brand. It’s the global family of believers united in Jesus and expressed through local gatherings. The Church exists to worship God, and make disciples, and be the hands and feet of Jesus in the world until He returns.

-
Lantova is not a church. We are a platform built to support and encourage those who are part of the Church—especially young believers wrestling with truth, doubt, and identity. We urge every follower of Jesus to be rooted in a local church, submitted to its leadership, and growing in community and accountability.

-
We’re not part of a specific denomination. We partner with all Christians who hold to the gospel of Jesus Christ and the authority of Scripture.

God's Design for Gender and Identity
-
We believe God created two genders, male and female. Gender isn’t random or self-defined—it’s part of God’s good design. We believe marriage is a covenant created by God between one man and one woman. It’s a picture of Christ’s love for the Church.

-
We believe all people are created by God and deeply loved. We also believe truth and love go together. We don’t affirm every behavior or identity, but we do walk with people—including those struggling with same-sex attraction or gender identity—with compassion, patience, and hope.

Use of Spiritual Gifts and the Spiritual Realm
-
We believe in the unseeable, yet present existence of a spiritual realm. We believe this realm holds spiritual beings aligned with God and those in rebellion against God. These beings are present, contactable, and capable of limited power here on earth. Human beings are not designed to be in relationship, receive power, or communicate with these spiritual beings, but we were designed for deep, spiritual intimacy with our God, our Creator.
-
Not all spiritual experiences are from the Holy Spirit. People can experience temporary moments of peace, physical healing, emotional healing, influence, knowledge, and insight that are not from God.
-
We believe God communicates with his people today through Scripture as well as personally. Personal communication from God always aligns with the character and moral principles of God outlined in Scripture.
-
The purpose of spiritual gifts is to build up the church and bless the world. They are not magic tricks or trinkets. They are not to boast in personal strengths, but to glorify God’s strength and abundant provision.

Culture Redeemed – Not Assimilated
-
We believe every culture and ethnic group has experienced the warping of God’s original design for humanity. However, as Christ seeks to redeem individuals, raising them from dead to life, we also believe it is his heart to restore cultures––not assimilate them into a single one. Therefore, we seek to explore how the message of the gospel filters, heals, and dignifies diverse cultural expression.

Engagement with Theology, Science, and Creativity
-
We believe God created all things, including the human mind and creative capacity, to reflect His glory. Theology reveals God’s truth, psychology explores the human soul, and creativity expresses His beauty and engagement. Our content integrates these disciplines under Scripture’s authority, helping Gen Z and Alpha understand themselves, connect with God, and create with purpose. We approach science and psychology cautiously, ensuring they align with biblical truth, and encourage creativity that glorifies God and serves others.

Future Hope
-
We believe Jesus will return to establish His kingdom, bringing justice and renewing all things. Believers will be united with Him forever, while those who reject Him will face eternal separation. This hope inspires us to live purposefully, creating content that reflects God’s promise of restoration and encourages young believers to trust in His plan for the future.
