SARAH SHAW
CEO & FOUNDER / Resident Willy Wonka
Sarah lives in the great city of Richmond, VA, and she started Lantova because of her own journey of wrestling with faith, mental health, and creativity. Along the way, God invited her into healing in a way she never expected. Because of that healing, she now aims to help other people discover helpful language and resources for their own journeys. When she’s not actively leading the Lantova team into an abandoned power plant and facing machete men (please ask), she is working on one of her many creative projects ranging from murals to writing her first book! Her professional background is a mix of therapy (M.A. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling), entrepreneurship, and graphic design, but at the base of it all, she truly loves seeing people flourish.
JULZ DUNCAN
The Swiss Army Knife
Julz (known by the government as Julia) recently moved to Richmond, Virginia, but she originally hails from New Mexico, the Land of Enchantment and Breaking Bad. A western gal at heart, Julz is often seen rocking turquoise jewelry and hats, and she is apparently a professional four-wheeler mattress racer. Not only is Julz exceptionally organized and driven, she is a compelling storyteller and absolutely lives for great stories. Because of this, she has worked in marketing for over eight years, using her many talents such as writing, video, social media, and more; Julz is essentially Lantova’s Swiss army knife. She greatly values communication and is passionate about keeping the Lantova team moving forward.
LUCIAN WITMER
Massive Fan of Unstatus-Quo Things
A Michigan man of many talents and hairstyles, Lucian has been a CDL driver since 2017 and became the head of marketing for his father’s business in 2023. He enjoys connecting with people and creating educational content that makes a real impact by using his skills as a photographer and videographer. When he’s not actively inviting a complete stranger to join him for lunch or editing his latest media project, he passes the time by attending concerts, playing the drums, and traveling the world. According to Lucian, if he were a car, he'd be an Audi RS6 Avant – because “like station wagons, he's all about things that are rare yet practical.”
ISABELLA BLEVINS
The GIF and Fashion Queen
As she’s working her way up to managing in the service industry in Oklahoma City, Isabella is studying full time to receive a bachelor's degree in Business Administration. She is a crazy classic car fanatic and owns her very own British roadster (a 1975 TR6 passed down from her great uncle!) Alongside her career interests, she tackles many types of creative and professional projects ranging from film set design to podcasting and writing. As the self-appointed GIF queen, Isabella ensures Lantova meetings are never dull and always full of productive (mostly) giggles. In all she does, she is incredibly ambitious and has a desire to lead well, learn continuously, and live life creatively.
BEN BIRD
The IT Guy in Aviators
Ben is our resident genius who often dresses like he walked off the set of Top Gun: Maverick, and it totally works. Based in the Pacific Northwest, he is working towards a BSBA in Business Administration with a focus in Marketing. He currently holds multiple administrative positions in various businesses and organizations, including his own. You can typically find Ben guiding the entire Lantova team through literally any technical decision or recounting tales of epic Vikings and fishermen. Above all else, Ben has a great passion for serving others through innovative problem-solving, deliberate content, and creative storytelling.
TAMMA PHILLIPS
The Canadian Texan
Tamma is a (Canadian) Texan who takes stories and brings them closer to people, helping them connect with narratives even more deeply. Tamma’s epicness is reflected in her choice of transportation: the sweetest Mustang you ever did see. She also enjoys baking in her free time (like many others on the Lantova crew!) Tamma pours herself into her craft as a videographer but also commits herself to pouring into others. She has assisted many teams of professionals and students achieve their individual goals by producing spectacular videos and lasting memories.
ALANNA LOPEZ
The Colombian Tiger
Alanna is a fiery soul located in the wet and rainy state of Washington! She is a compassionate woman who greatly values honesty, communication, and above all, truth. When she’s not scheming up hilarious nicknames for the crew (e.g., Pufferfish, Cockatoo, etc.), she spends her time reading, writing, or hiking. She always has time to lend an ear and a hug to someone who needs to be heard, but be warned: she’s as feisty as she is loving. The oldest of seven, Alanna has learned a lot about leadership and truly excels in guiding others personally and professionally.
